The Platform:

  • Does not own or control the Association
  • Does not manage or direct the use of donated funds
  • Does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice
  • Does not guarantee outcomes or project delivery

All responsibility for the use of funds rests exclusively with the Association.

Donation terms

100% of donations made are deposited with the association (not Flashvue). All donations made through the Platform are:
  • Voluntary
  • Made without expectation of goods or services
  • Non-refundable, except in cases of payment processing error or legal obligation

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the donor except as required by applicable law.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via an authorised third-party payment provider. By submitting payment information, you:
  • Confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method
  • Authorise the full donation amount to be charged
  • Accept any applicable transaction handling conditions

The Platform does not store full payment card details.

Association Responsibility

The Association is solely responsible for:
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Use and allocation of donated funds
  • Financial reporting and accounting
  • Issuance of any tax documentation, where applicable

The Platform accepts no liability for the actions, omissions, or representations of any Association.

Tax receipts

This association is authorised to issue French tax receipts (Articles 200 / 238 bis CGI). If you are a French tax resident and wish to receive a tax receipt, please ensure we have your correct details. The tax receipt will be sent to the email address you provide when making your donation.

Tax receipts

This association is not authorised to issue French tax receipts. Your donation is not eligible for the French tax reduction (articles 200 / 238 bis CGI).

By making a donation you agree to these terms. Your donation is made to the beneficiary named above. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Data Protection

Personal data collected during the donation process is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Donation data may be shared with:
  • The selected Association
  • The payment processing provider
  • Regulatory authorities where legally required
The Platform processes personal data solely for the purpose of facilitating the donation and maintaining transactional records.

Limitation of Liabilty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
  • The use of funds by the Association
  • Any tax consequences arising from a donation
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or anticipated benefits

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

Ammendments

The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to a donation is the version presented and accepted at the time of payment.
