Platform Role and Competitions

FlashVue acts solely as the platform to host games and competitions according to specifications provided by partners. The rules of play and judging are determined and enforced by FlashVue through the platform’s coded systems. Partners may provide specifications such as themes, prizes, or timing, but do not control gameplay rules or automated judging.

Partners retain the sole discretion to cancel, suspend, or terminate a competition at any time. FlashVue is not liable for any consequences of such partner actions. Users acknowledge that FlashVue’s role is limited to technical facilitation, hosting, and enforcement of rules, and partners are responsible only for competition parameters and cancellations.

Decisions made by FlashVue or its coded systems are final. The platform reserves the right to disqualify participants or modify competitions as necessary.

Payments and Donations

All payments or donations are processed by third-party providers on behalf of our partners. FlashVue has no control over, and is not liable for, payment processing, refunds, or cancellations. Any refunds or cancellations of donations are at the sole discretion of the partner organizations.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on FlashVue, including game rules, images, graphics, and other materials (Materials), is owned by or licensed to FlashVue. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use Materials without written permission. No user-generated content is permitted.
